A: Banks and loan companies have 40 days in which to reply to our initial questions. If they provide prompt responses and do not contest your case, we could settle your claim within
3-5 months. Contested claims can take longer.

A: Yes. We have invested in software which enables us to keep every client informed on any important movements on their claim. You can choose to be kept informed via texts, e-mails or by post. Our aim is to give you as much information as is reasonable so you know what stage your claim is at all the time.

A: For Mis-Sold Payment Protection Insurance we charge a maximum of 25% plus VAT on the successful recovery amount. A minimum charge of £100 is applied to all successful claims.
